Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted for damaged/defected items.
No other returns will be accepted. Please inspect your merchandise for any damages or defects upon delivery.
If you should find any damages or defects, you may return the product(s) within 3 days of delivery, as long as they are in the original and unused condition. A credit towards your next purchase or an immediate exchange of the item for a new one will be issued.
To return a damaged/defected item, please call 619-495-2626 to inform us of your product status. You will be issued a RMA# to be processed with your return. You MUST receive a RMA# in order to have your return processed. Please do not send items back without a RMA#, it will be not be credited for.
Any Seasonal items such as Christmas items are Non-Returnable items.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are in the original and unused condition. All tags, hangers, and polyester bags must be included in the return shipment. Any exchange items without these will be assessed a restocking fee of 20% of the original order. You are held responsible for all costs of shipping.
For defected items being exchanged, please return the original item once your RMA# is issued. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Exchanges for a different item than the original item will be assessed a restocking fee of 20% of the original order.Customer is responsible for return postage.
Partial Returns/Restocking Fee
Any returns/exchanges after the 7 day period will be assessed a restocking fee of 20% of the original order.
Any items not returned in the condition it was received will be assessed the same restocking fee.
If both of these apply, you will be assessed double the fees.
